Recently, we had the opportunity to tour the Balsams hotel and resort during one of their open houses. We were very happy to see many people who had previously worked there and were impressed by the friendly reception we received.

The Balsams has always enjoyed the reputation of being a customer-friendly establishment and it is apparent this atmosphere will continue when it reopens. Everyone we encountered on our tour went out of their way to ensure our visit met our expectations and our needs.

We are very excited about the plans for developing the hotel, ski area and surrounding property. Undoubtedly, this will be a first-class resort that will draw people from all over the world.
