“Here, all of a sudden, we’ve got this incredible asset that is begging to come back to life…if we do our job well, you’ll find incredible snowmobiling, you’ll find incredible cross-country Nordic skiing, you’ll find a great hot springs spa to hang out in during the winter, you’ll find great hiking and showshoeing, you’ll find a lot of really really great food sort of highlighted by the Balsams buffet which used to be 50′ long on two sides and you couldn’t get more than 25′ before your plate was full and you had to go eat it and then go back, our own baking shop – so we’re paying homage to historically what The Balsams was known for…it’s our job to make sure that the snow that’s under your skis is as good as the food.”
