Balsams Project gets crucial water withdrawal permit

The Balsams has obtained its Water Quality Certificate under Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act. This means that we now have the permits we need for snowmaking to become the largest ski resort in the northeastern United States. Read the full article from WMUR.
