What is Century Club ownership? To celebrate the 100-year anniversary of the historic Hampshire House we are making available to a limited number of individuals the opportunity to own a Century Club residence within the building and benefit from an extensive lineup of exclusive membership benefits.

Why should I make a reservation today? We’re giving the Hampshire House a glorious renovation, and for a short time we’re offering the rare opportunity to own a part of it. With the introduction of The Balsams Century Club, resort ownership has never been more accessible, transparent and rewarding.

The renovation of the historic Hampshire House is being designed to offer a limited number of residences in one of New England’s most picturesque and expansive destinations. The Balsams enjoys unfettered views of the commanding mountains that create an amphitheatre around the property. This very special 11,000 acre property will be carefully redeveloped with lifestyle and the environment in mind, assuring residents and visitors an uncompromised lifestyle with modern conveniences and a wide range of best in class amenities. Due to the early developmental phase of the property, only a limited number of Century Club residences will be offered.

Are you taking reservations now? Yes, we have reached out to Balsams loyalists to give them an early look at our plans and offer them a first opportunity for reservations. We have been humbled by the enormous response to our rebirth of The Balsams announcement.

Why should I make a reservation today? The Balsams project is in the planning stages and is not yet prepared to sell. But demand is strong and anticipated to heighten given this very unique opportunity. To create an orderly sales process, Balsams Resort Properties, LLC, developer of the real estate at The Balsams, has created the Reservation Program. Reserving today guarantees you a preferred position to choose your ideal view, floor level, size, and price of your residence. We even have a pet-friendly floor.

What is a reservation agreement? A reservation agreement is a non-binding agreement supported by a fully-refundable deposit that provides you with many benefits, the most important of which is to secure a reservation to purchase real estate at The Balsams. Additional benefits include: first notification of upcoming plans and specifics, and participation in pre-opening on-property tours and events. The earliest reservation holders have the potential to become a Century Club member with Founder benefits.

What happens if I decide not to buy? Do I get my money back? Yes. The deposit is fully refundable for any reason or no reason at all. Your money will be refunded within 10 days, no questions asked.

Will it be possible to visit the property? Yes, we feel that the best way to know The Balsams is to experience the property. We will extend an invitation to reservation holders to visit us at a time of your choosing with full concierge services by The Balsams staff.

Are there any additional benefits I should know about? The first 150 reservation holders that become Century Club owners will also become Founders. The Founder benefits include recognition on a Founder’s plaque in the Historic Dix House and on a performing arts center seat, priority access to performing arts center events, lifetime free valet parking while in residence, preferred golf tee times, lifetime enrollment in our first-tracks ski program, and free ski storage in the Gondola Building for 10 years
