THE BALSAMS SIGNATURE GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS
- 10 cups Rolled Oats
- 2 cups Walnuts Halves and Pieces
- 2 cups Slivered Almonds
- 2 cups Sesame Seeds (White)
- 2 cups Wheat Germ (Bran can be substituted)
- 2 cups Snowflake Coconut
- 2.5 cups Canola Oil
- 2 cups Honey
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1 cup Dried Currents (Dried Cranberries can be substituted)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine first 6 dry ingredients
- Bring Oil and Honey to a boil, add to above, and mix to combine evenly
- Spread out on oiled sheet pans and bake at 350 degrees
- Periodically stir Granola as it is baking
- Once everything is a consistent golden brown, cool on pans
- Once cool, break up into chunks
- Add dried fruit and store in an air-tight container
