THE BALSAMS QUICHE LORRAINE

INGREDIENTS

(Serves 4)

    • 4 Ounces Bacon Crisp
    • 1 and 1/2 Cups Half & Half
    • 1/4 Cup Swiss Cheese
    • 1/4 Cup Ham, Diced
    • 5 Whole Eggs
    • Salt & White Pepper
    • Pinch Nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

  1. For the crust: A traditional pie crust or potato crust can be used. If potato, ensure all slices are an even thickness so that they cook evenly.
  2. To assemble: Sprinkle bacon, ham, and cheese, over bottom of shell. Put eggs, half & half, and all seasoning in blender; blend at high speed.
    Pour over ham, bacon, and cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees F.
